NEW EXPERIMENTAL CDLI FILEMAKER SEARCH INSTALLED

In order to provide a simple and fast facility for combined searches in the CDLI catalogue and transliterations, a database with CDLI core data has been set up on an independent server. This version is still experimental. Please report difficulties to Peter Damerow. If the database crashes, you must wait about two minutes, after which the database will be up and you can log in again.

During the test phase, the data of this dedicated database will be updated monthly. The search results contain for each text a link to the standard CDLI repository.

The rules for searching are those of a FileMaker© database. Searching for a sequence of characters will find all "words" beginning with this sequence. Search is not case-sensitive. Avoid using quotation marks to search for exact strings, since this tends to crash the database.
