CDLI data up for download

Good news for tech-inclined Assyriologists and computational methods enthusiasts. CDLI catalogue data are now available in a non-proprietary format, and a daily copy of both catalogue and transliterations are at your disposal.

The daily packages can be found at as well as To access previous daily copies, simply navigate through earlier commits on Github.

Note that MS Excel does not well handle comma-separated value files encoded in UTF-8. In order to open the catalogue in Excel, you must first start the software and then use the import feature, specifying the encoding.
