    two fragments (TA 1930 554a [+] TA 1930 554b) (not joining), only upper left and lower right edge of obverse, upper right and lower left edge of reverse preserved; both sides inscribed; both sides sealed with (Reichel diss.) seal 102.0 (official's seal) before being inscribed; left edge and space between witness list and summary sealed with burgul seal (Reichel diss.) 192.0 after text was written [seal 102.0 broken away].
